Regular WOD:

Warm up #6

  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1st minute: 3 Strict Press @ 75% your max

2nd minute: 3 Deadlifts @ 75% your max

2. 5 Rounds for time:

5 Push Press

10 Push ups on bar

5 Hang Power Cleans

10 Toes-to-bar
