Warm up: Row 500 meters, 10 Push ups, 10 Sit ups, 10 Empty bar cleans

  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1st minute: 3 Bench press @ 80%

2nd minute: 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean @ 80% your clean max

2. For Time:

20, 15, 10, 5
