Come in at 6:00 p.m. tonight to try out the Gymnastics class!

Warm up: 400 meter run, 30 sec Handstand Hold, 10 Sit ups, 30 sec Handstand Hold

  1. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

1st Minute: Turkish Get up Right arm

2nd Minute: Turkish Get up Left arm

2. For Time:

5000 meter row
