Warm up: 20 Pushups / 15 Glute ham sit ups / 10 Burpees / 5 Pullups

  1. Bench Press: 3,3,3,3,3 @ heavier than last week

2. For time:

100 Kettlebell figure 8’s @ 1.5 / 1 pood

50 Bench sit ups

50 Back extensions
