WOD Tuesday July 5th

  • KidsClub TONIGHT! $50.00 per child for one month of classes. 5pm for ages 4-8 and 6pm for ages 9-13! Let the fun begin! 

Warm up: 2 Rounds: 30 sec Handstand hold, 10 Empty bar Push Press, 10 Strict Toes-to-bar

  1. Push Press: 1, 1, 1 @ 95-100% your max (End each set w/ 2 Jerks)

2. 3 Rounds for time:

15 Push Press

30 Lateral barbell jumps (double count)

Immediately followed by:

50 Push ups
