on the min – 5 push ups

on the :30 mark – 1-3 strict pull ups

  • Workout:

Buy In:

Run 800m

or Row 1000m

Then 3 Rounds:

10 HSPU

15 Goblet Squat

20 KB Snatches (10 each arm) @35#

 

Thursday July 14th:

  • Warm up:

10 GHD Raise

300m run

10 Back extensions

100m run

  • Skill/Strength:

3×10 Pike Ups on rower

3×8 Bar Dips

1 ME Bar Dip hold

  • Workout:

AMRAP 12 min

5 Clusters

7 Body Blaster

*Cluster = 1 squat clean thruster

*Body Blaster = 1 burpee + 1 pull up + 1 T2B
