Wednesday:

  1. Power clean x 2 + 4 Jerks x 2 sets @ 85% / 2 sets @ 87% of power clean max

2. Clean & Jerk: 1,1 @ 85% / 1,1 @ 90%

3. Clean Pull under + 3 front squats : 8 x 1 @ 77% (every min)

4. Heavy Swings x 4 x 25

Saturday:

Every 2 minutes x 20 minutes:

1 Snatch @ opener

Every 2 minutes x 20 minutes:

1 Clean and jerk @ opener
