Warm up: 3 Rounds: 5 Snatch Pull + Hang Power Snatch, 5 Box Jumps, 5 Toes to bar

  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: 2 Power Snatch

2. 5 Rounds for Time:

20 Box jumps

10 Overhead Squats

20 Sit ups
