Back squat: 5 x 1 @ 90%

Wednesday:

Snatch: 3 x 1 @ 90% , 1 @ 95, 1 @ 95+ , 3 x 1 @ 80%

Clean and Jerk: 3 x 1 @ 90% , 1 @ 95, 1 @ 95+ , 3 x 1 @ 80%

Front Squat: 5 x 1 @ 85%

Thursday:

Snatch: 10 x 1 @ 75%

Power clean and jerk: 5 x 1 @ 75% of power clean
