Warm up: 2 Rounds: 200 Meter Run, 6 Burpees

1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

1st minute: 1 Push Press + 2 Front Squats

2nd minute: 1 Deadlift

2. For Time:

30 Front Squats

30 Push Press

30 Thrusters
