Warm up:  2 rounds of: 12 Air squats / 12 back extensions / 12 sit ups

  1. Back squat: 5 x 4 @ 85%

2. Every  90 seconds for 8 sets:

1 Power snatch + 1 Hang snatch + 1 Heaving snatch balance
