WOD Wednesday November 22nd

Warm up: Move around for 2 minutes, then grab an empty bar and move some more.

  1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minute 1: 1 Power clean or power snatch

Minute 2: 2 Power cleans or power snatches

Minute 3: 3 Power cleans or power snatches

Minute 4: 4 Power cleans or power snatches

Minute 5: 5 Power cleans or power snatches

*On minute 6, 11, and 16, add 5 – 10 lbs and restart the cycle at 1 rep. So you are doing 1 to 5 reps 4 total times, going up in weight every time you start an new cycle.

*The goal is to do all of the power cleans or power snatches unbroken.

2. 2 Rounds for time of:

20 Burpees

20 Double leg mountain climbers
