Warm up: 5 Strict toes to bar, 10 Single Legged Hip Bridges, 15 Sit ups

1. Every 3 minutes for 5 sets (15 minutes):

5 Clean Grip Deadlifts

+ Right number of Ring Dips

2. For Time:

40 Burpees

60 Wall Balls

80 Sit ups

1000 Meter Row
