WOD Thursday November 8th

The Fittest 2018 Qualifier is NOW! You have until November 12th @ 8:00 p.m. to complete all 4 Workouts! Make sure to Register with Natasha at the Gym!

If you have any Workouts to make up for The Fittest 2018 Qualifier Please do so at any time!

Warm up: Get a Jump Rope

1. Every minute on the minute for 40 minutes:

1st Minute: 100 Meter Run

2nd Minute: 100 Meter Row

3rd minute: 30-45 seconds of Double Unders

4th minute: 30-45 Seconds on Bike
