Address: 801 7th Ave W. Bradenton, FL 34205 (Entrance on back side of building.)

Warm up: 10 Swimming Frog, 10 Bench sit ups, Empty bar Touch-and-go reps of either Snatch or Clean & Jerk

1. Every 2:30 minutes for 6 Sets:

3 Touch-and-Go Reps of Ground-to-Overhead (Any kind of Snatch or Clean & Jerk)

*Work up to a heavy set*

2. As many Rounds as possible in 10 Minutes:

5 Push Press

10 Box Jumps

20 Double Unders
