Volunteers please show up at 7:45 a.m. at the latest as we will kick off right at 8:00 a.m.
Warm up: 10 Glute Ham Raise, 10 Hip Bridges
1. Every 3 minutes for 6 Sets:
3 Deadlifts
Max set of Strict Pull ups
2. 3 Rounds for Time:
Run Around Block, about 400 meters (Out Front door, Go to left on 8th Ave W, Turn left on 6th St W, Turn Left on 7th Ave W and Return in Back of Building.)
