WOD Tuesday December 4th

Warm up: 50 FT Bear Crawl, 50 FT Crab Walk

1. Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes, 4 sets each (switch each set):

1st: Handstand Hold/Handstand Push up/Handstand Walk

2nd: Weighted Pull ups/Strict Pull ups

2. For Time:

100 Double Unders

50 Burpees

100 Double Unders
