Warm up: 400 meter run / 10 burpees

1 . Seated strict press: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Go up in weight obviously.

2 . “Rocky Balboa”

15 rounds for time of:

15 Double unders

15 Sit ups

15 Double leg mountain climbers
