1 . For 5 Sets:

Push Press (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) *Increase weight as you go

5 Seated Box Jumps

2 . As Many Rounds as Possible in 16 Minutes:

3 Muscle ups

6 Box Step Overs

3 Power Cleans

6 Pistols
