3. Add your Max Lifts Under the word “Max”
4. Your numbers will calculate for you in the spreadsheet

Warm up: 200 Meter Jog / 20 Mountain Climbers / 10 Sit ups / 10 Push ups / Empty Bar Snatch Work

Every 3 Minutes for 30 Minutes:

1 Snatch

2 Wall Walks

30 Double Unders
