Warm up # 3

1. Bench Press: 5,5,5,5,5

2. For time:

25 Overhead squats @ 115 lbs

20 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 115 lbs

15 Overhead squats @ 115 lbs

10 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 115 lbs

5 Overhead squats @ 115 lbs

It is time to step your game up!

  1. 50 Deadlifts @ 155 / 103 lbs

    50 Toes to bar or 50 Glute ham sit ups

    50 Box jumps @ 24/20″

    50 Double unders

    * Begin the workout with 10 burpees, at the 2 minute mark do 10 wallballs, at 4 minutes do 10 burpees, at 6 minutes do 10 wallballs. Continute alternating these movements every 2 minutes until you have completed the above 4 movements.
