Warm up # 6

1. Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:

Havocomplex Clean: 1 Clean, 1 Front squat, 2 Jerks

2. As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

8 Thrusters @ 75 / 53 lbs

8 Lateral barbell jumps
