1. Overhead Squat: 5, 5, 5

2. For Time:

Walk 800 meters holding barbell @ 135 / 93

Every 100 meters do 10 back squats

If you drop the barbell to the ground you must to 10 burpees

    3×3 high hang snatch @ 175 sets across
    1 set max effort touch and go @ 95% of 3×3 – 6 reps @ 155
    4×5 front squats , 225 , 255, 275 x 2, 315
    4 x10 tempo ring dips 3 seconds at bottom 3 seconds at top
    no time for metcon 😦
