Yo, the gym will be open for 10:30 class only on Thursday. Come workout before you feel bad about what you do to yourself for the rest of the day.

Warm up # 1

1. Overhead squat: 2,2,2,2,2,2

2. Every 2 minutes for 16 Minutes:

1 Power snatch

2 Hang squat snatches
