1. Overhead squat: 3,3,3,3,3

2. As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

6 Pullups

2 Over head lunges each leg

Rest 2 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

6 Pullups

2 Over head lunges each leg

Rest 2 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 2 minutes of:

6 Pullups

2 Over head lunges each leg

Rest 2 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 1 minute of:

6 Pullups

2 Over head lunges each leg
