Warm up: 2 Rounds of: 10 push ups, 30 second plank hold

  1. Bench press: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 @ 85-90% your max

2. 8 Rounds for time:

2 Bar muscle-ups

4 Power cleans @ 135/93

6 Handstand Push ups

8 Lateral bar jumps (double count)
