Warm up: 2 Rounds: 10 Push ups, 30 Sec Plank Hold

  1. Bench Press: 4, 4, 4, 4 @ 80-85% your max

2. 3 Rounds for time:

40 Double Unders

20 Sumo-Deadlift High-pulls

10 Toes-to-bar

5 Strict Press
