Okay Guys! We are giving you two more days to sign up for The Havoc Games!!

Warm up #3

  1. 15 minutes: HS Hold/ Handstand Walk Practice

2. 15 minutes: Find a max weight Turkish Get-up (does not have to be on both sides, this is a test and you can focus on your stronger side)

3. Max: 500 Meter Row
