Warm up: 500 meter row / 40 Kb swings / 30 Air squats / 20 Kb swings / 10 Air squats

  1. Front Squat: Find 1 rep max

2. In honor of our 7 year anniversary as an official CrossFit Affiliate we will be doing your favorite workout today.
