WOD Monday February 22nd

This Thursday at 8 p.m. the CrossFit Open officially starts!

What is The Open?

We will have an Open Announcement viewing party at the gym @ 8 p.m. Come hang out and watch the event live. And get signed up for the Open! We will do the workouts on Saturdays at 11 a.m. 

Sign up now! Make sure to choose “CrossFit Havoc” as your affiliate.

Warm up: 10 Kang Squats, 30 sec bottom of squat hold, 10 Glute Ham Raise, 30 sec bottom of squat hold

  1. For 20 minutes:

First Minute: 2 Back squats @ (try to increase 5-10 lbs from last week)

Second Minute: 1 Power snatch @ (try to increase 5-10 lbs from last week)

2. 2 min of: Max Push ups

Immediately followed by

2 min of: Max Air Squats

We are so proud of everyone who competed this weekend!! We showed the community that the Havoc Crew is a force to be reckoned with!! Champions two years in a row!! Whoop Whoop!!
