WOD Thursday February 25th

Tonight at 8 p.m. the CrossFit Open officially starts!

What is The Open?

We will have an Open Announcement viewing party at the gym @ 8 p.m. Come hang out and watch the event live. And get signed up for the Open! We will do the workouts on Saturdays at 11 a.m.

Warm up: 30 sec handstand hold, 20 lunges, 30 sec handstand hold, 10 back extentions

  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

2 Push Press + 2 Jerks @ 70-75 % your max push press

2. Open WORKOUT 13.2

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box
