Weightlifting Club Sign up: Today is the day to sign up for our Monthly Weightlifting Club. Classes will be Monday and Wednesday @ 6:30 p.m. and Saturday @ 10 a.m. Cost is $40.00 for current Unlimited Members and $60 for Non-Members/Open Gym Members. Sign up tonight at 6:30!

CrossFit Open Competitors: Today is the last day to complete 16.1. All scores must be entered by 8 p.m. tonight!

This weeks Open Announcement! We will be at the gym Thursday at 8 p.m. watching it live! And lets do the workout this Friday at the 7 p.m. Class!!!

This Saturday! “Eat Right and Look Good Naked” Challenge ends! See you this Saturday at 10 a.m. We will re-test the workout and get all weights and measurements. Winners will be announced Monday March 7th!

Warm up: 10 Good Mornings, 10 Glute ham raise, 10 Overhead Squats

  1. For 20 minutes:

First Minute: 2 Back squats @ (try to increase 5-10 lbs from last week)

Second Minute: 1 Power snatch @ (try to increase 5-10 lbs from last week)

2. As many reps as possible in 2 minutes: Mountain Climbers

Immediately followed by

As many reps as possible in 2 minutes: Sit ups
