WOD Tuesday March 8th

This weeks Open Announcement! We will be at the gym Thursday at 8 p.m. watching it live! Open validation will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Please try to come to do the workout during one of these two times. 

The Havoc Games “Gym Olympics” are coming April 9th!

 

Warm up: 5 Strict Pull ups, 10 Glute ham sit ups, 5 Strict Pull ups

  1. Weighted Pull ups: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (Increase weight each set)

2. For Time:

14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Dumbbell Snatch

Pistols

*that would be 7 per side, 6 per side, etc.

Gymnastics Club Class:

Warm up: Standard

Skill/Strength:

Bridges/Back Bends

3 x 20 Partner Leg Passes

5 x 5 Wall Walks/ Shoulder Taps

5 x 10 V-ups

Workout:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Even: 10 Pistols

Odd: 5 Push Press @ 70-75%
