- Overhead Squat: Find Max
2. Max Rope Climbs in 3 minutes
3. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
4 Kettlebell Snatch (per side)
8 Kneeling Squat jumps or tuck jump into air squat
16 Double unders
