Lots of Events coming up!

Warm up: 20 sit ups, 8 empty bar high hang cleans, 8 empty bar front squats

  1. Every two minutes for 12 minutes:

2 Hang Cleans (Increase weight as you go)

2. As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:

10 Double Unders

5 Power Cleans

5 Box Jumps

Then: As many Rounds as possible in 4 minutes:

10 Lateral Barbell Jumps

5 Hang Power Cleans

Then: As many Reps as possible in 2 minutes:

Double legged mountain climbers

*No rest between each amrap
