Warm up: 30 sec handstand hold, 8 tuck jumps, 30 sec handstand hold

  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 min:  2 Push Press @ 70-75% your max

2. For Time:

300 Meter Row

15 Shoulder to Overhead

30 Burpees

Gymnastics Club:

Warm up: 20 pass throughs w/ pvc, 20 v-ups, 20 up/down planks

Skill/Strength: 5 x 10 pike ups on rower, box MU drills,

EMOTM 16 min: Even- 8 Ring Rows, Odd- 5 Ring Dips

Workout: Choose one or both

Death by Push ups / Death by Cleans
