Warm up: 500 meter row / Kang squats x 15 / Glute ham sit up x 15

  1. Power clean: 8 x 2 @ 85%

2. 3 Rounds for time of:

15 Overhead squats

5 Muscle ups or 10 Chest to bar pullups or 15 Pullups
