Tuesday June 28th

  • Warm Up:  25 V-ups, 10 Push ups, 300m Row
  • Skill/Strength:
    1. 3 Min Max Reps Strict Pull Up
    2. 3 Min Max Reps Strict Ring Dips
    3. 4×4 Pull Overs
  • Workout:
    For Time:
    50 ft HS Walk (Every Break = 4 pull ups)
    30 OHS @ 73# (Every Break = 3 pull ups)
    20 Toes 2 Bar (Every Break = 2 pull ups)
    10 Snatches @ 83# (Every Break = 1 pull up)

Thursday June 30th

  • Warm Up:
    2 rounds: 20 Jumping Air Squats, :30 squat hold, 10 hang to active
  • Skill/Strength:
    EMOM – 20 min
    Even: 10 Pistols
    Odd: 3 Jumping Muscle Ups/1 Muscle Up/or 2 Muscle Ups Attempts
  • Workout:
    “Diane”
    21-15-9
    Deadlift @155#
    HSPU
