10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Power Clean (Heaviest weight on the bar)
*Do 10 Pullups between each set
Round Two:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Clean and Jerk (Can be Power Clean and lighten up the weight)
*Do 2 Muscle ups after each set
Round Three:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Hang Clean (Time to squat. Lighten up the weight again)
*Do 1 Rope climb after each set
