  1. Every 3 minutes for 24 Minutes:

2 Power snatches

3 Hang snatches

4 Pullups

*Go up in weight every round

2. For time:

100 Double unders

50 Wallballs 14 / 10 lbs (Yes 14 / 10)

100 Situps
