INFO: 

Warm up: 500 Meter Row, Handstand Push up/Handstand Hold Technique Work

  1. 3 Sets of Max Reps: Strict Handstand Push ups (use band or mats if needed) or Handstand Hold

2. Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes:

1st: 1 Rope Climb

2nd: 10 Lunges (5 Per Leg- light weight)

3rd: 30 Second Overhead Bar hold
