Warm up: Row 500 Meters, Split Jerk Drills

  1. Every 90 Seconds for 15 Minutes:

2 Cleans + 2 Split Jerks (Hold on to the bar)

2. For Time:

100 Ball Slams

100 Sit ups

50 Ball Slams

50 Glute Ham sit ups

25 Ball Slams

25 Toes to Bar
