Warm up: 2 Rounds: 10 Burpees, 10 Bench Dips, 10 Air Squats

For Time:

10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Muscle ups

Thrusters (Increase weight as reps decrease)

*Run 200 meters between each set. So 10 muscle ups, 10 thrusters, 200 meter run
