2. Power clean + Front squat + Jerk + Jerk x 6 (start sets @ 80% of power clean)

3. Back squat: 5 x 1 @ 90%

Wednesday

  1. Hang snatch + Snatch x 8 ( start sets @ 80% of Hang snatch)

2. Hang clean + Clean and jerk x 6 ( start sets @ 80% of hang clean)

3. Front squat: 5 x 1 @ 90%

Friday

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Power snatch

Rest 10 minutes:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odds: Power clean

Evens: Power clean and jerk

yes it’s 50 minutes long… deal with it.
