Warm up: Row for 2 minutes / Empty bar work for 5 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 36 minutes:

16 minutes:

Odds: Row cal (about 30 sec)

Evens: Power snatch x 1

  • 4 minute transition, start part 2 at the 20 minute mark

16 minutes:

Odds: Double unders (about 30 sec)

Evens: Power clean and jerk x 1

*Pick a challenging weight and hang out on the power snatches,
Obviously you will need to increase weight on the clean and jerks.

**Don’t punk out on the Row and Doubles. Hit a number on your first
round of each, and then hit it every round there after.
