Warm up: 100′ High skip / 5 tuck jumps x 3 rounds

  1. Every Minute on the minute for 16 minutes:

1 Power clean and jerk for the first 8 minutes

1 Power clean for the last 8 minutes

2. For time:

500 Meter row

30 Burpees
