Warm up: 500 Meter Row, 2 Rounds: 10 Good Mornings, 10 Glute Ham Sit-ups

  1. Back Squat: 8 x 2 (8 sets of 2 reps) @ 85-90% of your max

2. 2 Rounds for Time:

20 Clapping Push ups

40 Air Squats

600 Meter Run
