Warm up: 500 Meter Row, 3 Rounds: 5 Empty bar heaving Snatch Balance, 5 High hang Power Snatch

  1. Every 2 minutes for 10 sets:

1st: 2 Overhead Squats

2nd: 2 Power Snatches

*Try to use the same weight as week two!*

2. As many Rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

5 Pull ups

5 Thrusters
