Warm up: 400 Meter Run, 2 Rounds: 45 Sec Handstand Hold, 10 Back Extensions

  1. Every 90 Sec for 8 Sets:

1 Push Press + 2 Jerks

*Try to increase weight from last week*

2. 10 Rounds for Time:

3 Power Cleans

3 Thrusters

3 Burpee over bar
