Warm up: 3 rounds – 15 Kb swings / 15 sit ups

  1. Front squat: 5,5

2. Back squat: 5,5

3. 6 Rounds for time of:

12 Wallballs

3 Muscle ups or 6 Chest to bar pullups or 9 Pullups
